You can only return if the garments are in perfect condition:
- The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and is in a resalable condition
- Has not been damaged whilst in the customer’s possession
- Original condition with all tags intact
- Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise
Refund
How will my return be reimbursed?
- Store Credit equivalent to the purchase value of the item(s) will be reimbursed to your Marry Merry account within 7 working days
- Marry Merry does not provide cash refund for any return order(s)
- Store Credit in Marry Merry account does not expire
- Store Credit is non-refundable and non-transferable
Exchange
Exchange an online purchase in-store:
- Online purchases can be exchanged at any of Marry Merry stores
- In order to complete the exchange, you must present a valid Order Number at the counter
- A one-time exchange can be made for the same designs, to a different size or colour only
